The ‘Entry’ Race Program is focused on developing young skiers and giving them a basic introduction to ski racing- including techniques and learning to ski basic race courses. Great for young parallel skiers interested in learning to race and pushing themselves to the next level:
1.5 hours of training each week (school terms only)
The ‘Intermediate’ Race Program provides a platform for racers to start developing more advanced race techniques and look at individual training techniques. This program will look to challenge racers with improved technique and more dynamic and technical course skiing:
1 Hour, 45 minutes of training each week (school terms only).
Monday (6pm-7.45pm), Tuesday (4:15pm-6:00pm)
The ‘Advanced’ Race Program is perfect for experienced racers looking to push themselves in a technical and competitive environment. We look at both technical improvements to an athletes skiing to improve performance, as well as the mental side of ski racing to prepare them for competitve racing. Course work is used to challenge and improve the speed of the athlete:
1 Hour, 45 minutes of training each week (school terms only)
Monday (6pm- 7.45pm, Tuesday (6:15pm-8pm), Wednesday (6pm-7:45pm)
Monday - 29th April- 1st July, Tuesday - 30th April- 2nd July, Wednesday - 1st May- 3rd July
